I play bass guitar in the band Artificial Hip. With a name like that we MUST be a 60's and 70's cover band! We are from Portland, Oregon and perform a cable access TV show twice a month where we play the chords and show the words on the screen for people at home to play and sing along. The show is called "The Band Practice" and these video's are from the TV show. It doesn't sound as good as in real life. Too much compression or something. My gear consists of 2 Ernie Ball Musicman Basses, a Sterling and a Stingray, and a Fender Precision (MIM) that I changed the pick-ups out and put in some EMG's. I also have a Michael Kelly Club bass that I use for acoustic shows. I have a couple amps. I have an SWR anniversary Redhead with a 4x10 Goliath cabinet and a Fender Rumble 100 for the electrics. I have an SWR California Blonde 2 and a Roland Micro cube (battery powered)for the acoustic. I also play a little guitar. I have a Fender Stratocaster and a Fender Blues Jr. amp and a couple acoustics laying around. A Martin Sigma, a Breedlove 12 string and a nylon string classical guitar. Please comment on the videos and tell me what you think. We're always trying to improve the sound and the harmonies. Thanks and take care,Tedhttp://www.myspace.com/artihip
