Cartoon, I'm "working" on. Essentially, a fascist dictator has been elected as Namibian president, and is wiping out the "Toks"... the rivalling religion or political party or whatever of the "Boks". In this episode, our protagonist, Robert Lians, begins his rebellion by shooting a Bok soldier who was chasing a defenseless Tok-redneck-child. Reporter's name is "Thae O'Sevels" which is an anagram. Have fun figureing it out.
