Nov 23, 2008 - I read a comment on another video that put Russian things in perspective "We have always had the technology now we have the money" (Oil & Gas) I have been watching the russians technology surpass the west by at least 10yrs- S-300SAM - Bulava ICBM - Shvall supercavitating torpedoes - Sunburn AS missiles - They now have stealth missiles that make any missile defence shield useless. A fortnight ago a russian TU-160 nuclear bomber got to 90sec of Britain and was only detected when it turned for home

Nov 23, 2008 - as if the US doesn't have any secret weapons at all, remember they have the biggest military budget on earth... you have no idea what's being hidden on the secret base...like F117 you will only find out it exist the moment they use it.

Nov 23, 2008 - That's a good point. My physics professor in college was a former aeronaultical engineer who worked for Lockheed in the mid-1990 on the F-22 project. He had "TS-Level" security clearence but was still limited to the information about the aircraft. When the F-22 finally came out it had capabilities and features even he was not aware. Even now, new features and upgrade are being developed. When Russia finally get a Gen-5 jet, they'll probabley be facing a Gen-5.5 jet from the U.S.
neodelphi Says:
Nov 23, 2008 - most likely USA has already a 6th gen fighter by then, which is pilot less... technologies are be based on current UAVs which is already actively striking targets in Pakistan...in other word already a tried & tested technology ;)
22250rmntn Says:
Nov 23, 2008 - Another item my physics professor mentioned about the F-22's was that the jet's major features (such as plane-form alignment, stealth, trust vectoring, super cruise, real-time shared data network...etc.) are only some of its capabiities cleared by the Dept. of Defense for release to the public. The F-22 has many other features and capabilities that are still classified and/or under the research and development phase.

Nov 23, 2008 - exactly bro. they'll definitely protect it from copycats :D

Nov 23, 2008 - su 47 and the mig 1.44 are awesome planesand this one will be even better! lets see if the us will make better fighters..the su 47 is better then the f 22 raptor but this 5th generation jet will be the ultimate!
acterHeli Says:
Nov 23, 2008 - the su-47 was only a prototype and the us had still done a better plane in 1984, the grumman X-29 ahahahahah
shockolanu Says:
Nov 23, 2008 - What would you think? They design planes just to look cool and eat up the country's budget? Like US does? NO, they build cheap, reliable, durable and simple. F22-35 are shit compared to russian fighters. Look up "Stealth Planes Useless" a clip from PowerRussia. You'll love it. The US airforce says their planes are shit compared with the russian planes... Slava Russia!
