A good friend, Wayne Duplisea, demonstrates his 1978 Roto-Hoe 990-4 Garden Tiller. He talks about the history, starts it up, and shows us how it works, including all those finger eating belts!It is equiped with a Tecumseh H60 (6 HP) built in March of 1978.
