I give him credit for saying he'd be open to "discussion" but am very wary of if he really means to go through with it or try to bury it as hes done in the past. With all of his flipfloping i dont trust that he will tell us the truth. Bush Jr said that states should be able to make the decision of MMJ without fed interferance back when he was a senator...whats he doing now? McCain is the same way...he will continue the war reguardless of the facts

Nov 23, 2008 - he didnt really answer the question. He said he totaly disagrees with aresting the "...dead and dieing." and that its wrong and not wwhat our country is about. He said he thinks most of the "evidence" says there is no medical value for pot but either he has his head in the sand (not good for the possible next president) or he is lieng through his teeth to not piss off some demographic that could cost him the election in his eyes (also not good for the possible next president)to not see the truth
