Nov 23, 2008 - Yes it is. It's pretty much the same thing, but if you get spotted, the game is over and you have to use a continue or reload your save file.

Nov 23, 2008 - european extreme is i think the best difficulty in the game because its what mgs is about, using stealth and not getting spotted, plus it feels awesome when you finally figure out a technique to get past an area
