Nov 18, 2008 - They should rank it like 3 points for gold 2 for silver 1 for broze or something like that. cos I think that if a country had 50 silver and 0 golds it should be ahead of a country with 1 gold and nothing else, but a country with 49 gold should be ahead of a country with 50 silver... Maybe I've thought too much about this... I think we've done really well. I thought wed be like 12th. You're Right though. USA and China dont count. Nov 18, 2008 - Though I do count myself as fairly patriotic, and I'm definitely supporting our athletes, I just want to add that the reason we're doing so well this year is because of the funding.We've had some £3.2 billion of lottery money for out athletes this year, and they are the best prepared team ever.So... it's not because they have too much money. :D
