Jul 19, 2008 - Fun to see these. Kudos to Patrick and Keyes. The caretaker was a favorite of mine. Jason was so smarmy that you wanted to smack that smirk right off his silly face. A great villain played by a wonderful character actor. Oh, there goes Mrs. Johnson carrying on again about the sloppy residents of the Great Hall of Crawlinweird. (Sure glad the Barn Man lost that goofy hat.)

Jul 20, 2008 - When that hand grabs Willie's neck--it is the high point of television history! It just doesn't get any better than that! Willie had such beautiful hair and great expressions. That Jason! haha!!!! What a slimeball, hiding behind his charming accent, and all the while blackmailing Liz. Great stuff here! You have put this together very nicely!

Jul 20, 2008 - Thank you so much for watching and commenting. The Caretaker is like a character right out of one of those old 1930's-40's horror classics. And I often wondered if Mrs. Johnson didn't realize that "Crawlinwierd" (love that name) wasn't a very strange place to work. And I noticed the hat too. What self respecting vampire ever wore a hat? It would fall off every time they bent over a victim, and that would ruin the moment. And then, what if they forgot to pick it up. Thanks again.- Nicholas

Jul 20, 2008 - Thank you Miss Winters. I spent a great deal of time making sure it was edited smoothly, with the goal being that it would flow like a single ten minute episode. I appreciate the compliment. Jason was a rogue and scoundrel but, I think, a likeable one. He never did anything intentionally mean, for the sake of hurting anyone, only to pursue his own selfish ends. He was charming, and I was very glad to see him (Dennis Patrick) back as Paul Stoddard during my Leviathan plot. Thanks again! Be well!

Aug 2, 2008 - You are very observant and astute. No wonder you apprciat Dark Shadows. Well it may just be that I put myself into the mind of the evil doer just as a detective might. Then again... In any case, thank you for watching and commenting.
