I'm so tired from the weekend, I spent it babysitting my friend's one year old sister at her mother's wedding. I'm so exhausted from running after her all the time. So this aint the best chapter I've written.Chapter 9The Saturday two weeks after I woke up around 11am, it was a Saturday. I took a shower, but on a bikini, jean shorts and a tanktop.As I entered the kitchen I saw a blonde haired woman sitting at our kitchen table. And Millie leaning against the counter with a coffee cup, studying the unknown woman. I went over to her and took a mug out of the cupboard."You drinking coffee?" I whispered to her as I closed the cupboard."Nope, chocolate milk" she said glancing up at me. You see, Millie doesn't really like coffee, but she uses the mug to make herself look all grown up when there's unknown women in our kitchen. I made myself a cup of coffee, and joined Millie's studying. The woman was probably in her late twenties or early thirties, blonde hair, skinny and really pretty."Five bucks says she's Michael's" I whispered to Millie. "I'm going for your dad" she whispered back."Deal" We waited, and a few minutes later my uncle appeared and kissed the girl on the cheek. Both Millie's and my mouth dropped open. We'd never been both wrong. "Oh my gosh" I looked at Millie. "We don't give your dad enough credit" I said, and we both looked at each other. "What do we do with the bet?" she asked, a little too loud."What do you do with what bet?" our heads snapped up, and we saw my uncle Alex standing there, his eyebrows furrowed. We looked at each other, and then Millie came with the lamest excuse of the year."Uh, well LOOK at the TIME! Shouldn't we be at the beach? You know, getting all beached up?" she said, I looked at her like she was the stupidest person in the world."Right.. We have to get 'beached'" and with that we ran out of the house, and grabbed our towels on the way out. The beach was right by our terrace."We have to get BEACHED?! That was so lame!!" I laughed as we put our towels down on the sand."Well, it's not like you came up with a good excuse" Millie said, laughing too."True" we lay down on our towels, and put on our sunglasses."Megan!!!" I heard after a few minutes, and sat up, as did Millie. I looked around, and finally saw four persons walking towards us. Four guys, to be specific. As they came closer I recognised one of them, Aaron. I smiled as they walked up. "Hey, Aar" I smiled up at him, my hand over my sunglasses to shield the sun better."Hey Megs" he said, and sat down by me. "Hi Meg, hi hot girl" I looked up at the rest of the boys, and saw Nick, Joe and Kevin standing there. Joe was the one who had spoken. "Hey, what are you guys doing here?" I said standing up and gave Joe and Nick a hug. "Well, we're kinda living here now" Nick said."You're WHAT?!""Yeah, when we got signed with your father's label, they got so many projects for us, so the easiest thing to do, was to move here" Joe explained to us, then turned his attention towards Millie. "Hey, I'm Joe" he said, putting on the flirty face I once knew so good. But Millie didn't bite that easy, she likes to play hard to get."Good for you" she said, barely paying attention to him. I looked at Joe, barely managing to hold back my laughter as I saw his shocked expression."So, where's Adam on a beautiful day like this?" Aaron asked me. "Probably sleeping off the alcohol from yesterday" "Ah.. Of course""Who's Adam?" I turned towards Kevin; this was the first time since that night a few weeks ago, that we spoke to each other. "Aaron's my boyfriend" I said."How old is he?" Nick asked me. "Eighteen, why?""He's not old enough to drink" Nick pointed out, and Millie laughed."No one cares" she told him, and he looked at her."I care" I smiled at him. "Yeah, but no one else does, Nick" Millie said. It was silent for a while, and then I saw something."Oh my gosh" "What?" everyone asked me at the same time."Look!"
