Nov 19, 2008 - american government is what paints a bad picture for citizens as a whole! These kinds of issues need to be told, to be brought to light. You can't fix something you don't know about! Not all Iraqis hate America, thats the bad picture that terrist paint! Ppl have to be willing to look at their own mistakes, no matter which side you are on.

Nov 19, 2008 - If the government was removed the world would be so much more in harmony. People really should do more research and gain a desire to see beyond the press and what they would have us believe

Nov 19, 2008 - iraqi's could have taken out saddam but they didn't have the will, don't blame the U.S. for that. iraqi's don't have the will to do anything by themselves, that's the sad part.

Nov 19, 2008 - hmm, interesting... Kind of reminds me of the thousands of U.S. soldiers we have over in Iraq already. You know, they speak other languages too... But, I guess they weren't rich enough to travel all over the world when they were kids.So instead they have to lay down fire power to provide cover and help provide aid to the Iraqi civilians as well. Oh well, I guess the U.S. Soldiers will be overlooked again on the positive things they do. Won't be the first time.
joedoufu Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - Looks like he had a fun time in Iraq, and his friends, the ones who feel let down, are alive, healthy, and enjoying their new found freedom of speech. THIS is why we need to stay in Iraq until the job is done and the new democracy can stand on its own two feet.

Nov 19, 2008 - you do know that 1/3 of the Army is made of civilians and contractors right? I was deployed and doing the same as the soldiers over there, then i got back and no one greeted me when I arrived back to the states, and honestly, I don't care, I did my part and served my counrty and will continue. And no the troops are not being overlooked.
luckyWIL87 Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - the iraqi citizens could have but they didn't because they had order, ur right
TuxIsCool Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - wow 1/3? so were you on vacation or did you go over there to make 80 grand in a couple months driving a supply truck? Doing the same as the soldiers? You with Black water? If not congratulations, you must be one of the few civilians out there tossing frags.
TuxIsCool Says:
Nov 19, 2008 - well if you were 'deployed' of course you would be doing the same thing as soldiers if you are in the reserves (well some of the things). And yes they are being overlooked when they come home. Plenty of them cant get jobs, and only a few corporations actually start hiring soldiers so they can kick off the lawsuit. But with that said, I do respect your service to our country. I am sorry no one greeted you when you came back.
