One of the most recent updates has removed what was left of strategic play from the game. These are three matches (we did like 20 in 2 hours) that sum up the average match.WARNING: This is what happens to a game when the company hires an incompetent game balancer who doesn't even play the game. Tip for big game companies: Don't hire idiots to balance the game. Your highest level of competition will be as bad as the joke to your left.

Nov 19, 2008 - i'm sorry, a bug? what bug? everythings working exactly how it was designed to work. spoil victor = everyone balls around the lord. the monks have pets to trigger it more, resulting in a quicker guildlord death. no bug about it, its just stupid game design

Nov 19, 2008 - Because Izzy removed the 1/2 hex duration on Guild Lords, when the GL swings @ the pets whilst hexed with Spoil Victor, he kills himself. Especially when he uses Cyclone Axe to hit everyone around him.

Nov 19, 2008 - The bug is that amulet doesn't stop damage, it heals the GL after the damage already happened. It's supposed to prevent damage.So is Angelic Protection.

Nov 19, 2008 - Er, no, you're wrong.What is the skill called that keeps the guild lord from taking damage? Amulet of "PROTECTION." Not amulet of "HEALING." If the skill was working correctly, all damage taken in a second that passes the allowed amount would be turned into zeros. ArenaNet did fail with the design of that amulet, I'll admit, but the amulet isn't working properly to begin with. Thus it's a bug.
