It's a high energy, advanced intensity interval-style workout, using light hand weights and an optional step. Those familiar with Anni's style know the drill: You'll perform each aerobic move, while holding the weights, for one minute, and then move immediately on to another one-minute interval. Cardio Force is Anni's most intense workout to date, containing lots of kicking, punching, and jumps. If you survived Core Force, Life Force, and Jump Force and you're ready to take it to the next level, Cardio Force is for you. While the moves are challenging aerobically, they are simple choreographically, so you don't have to worry about following complicated patterns. After the main workout, you're 'treated' to an 8-minute abdominal workout. I say 'treated' because at that point, you'll be thrilled to be able to lie down on the floor! Cardio Force is definitely a sweat producer.
